Pastoral Care

Pastoral Care

Caring for one another is a fundamental part of being a Christian community.  Pastoral Care for those in need is provided by both our clergy and lay people.  Pastoral care is about more than just being there when there’s a crisis it’s also about the day to day support and love we offer one another.

AgeCare Harmony Court and The New Vista Society

For many years, St. Alban’s has been holding services once a month at Harmony Court Care Centre and New Vista Care Home.  To see the faces on these residents is wonderful.  They look forward to seeing us and they enjoy the singing by our “choir”. Everyone is welcome to join us.  Services at New Vista are held the 1st Sunday of the month at 3 pm. and at Harmony Court the 3rd Thursday of each month.

Note: During the Summer these Ministries are suspended and will resume in the Fall (September)

Prayer Chain

The prayer chain gives prayer support for members of St. Alban’s and their families in times of need.

Prayer Companions

Two people are available each week after the 10 am service at the back of the Church.  Everyone is welcome to join us for in prayer for healing, loved ones, and thanksgiving.
